The Constitution of The Bermuda Track And Field Association (BTFA), a Registered Bermuda Charity, together with the operational guidelines contained in the BTFA Handbook 2001 form the basic structure on which the Association administers its affairs and builds the sport of athletics in Bermuda. As an incorporated body, Limited by Guarantee, the Memorandum of Association, Bye-Laws and policy documents form an integral part of the governance of the BTFA.

Both documents are included on this website to give our corporate members (affiliates), athletes and anyone interested in the development of athletics in Bermuda a better understanding of our role as a National Governing Body, the role of our corporate members and the development of athletes currently in the sport, as well as those who may join our programme in the future.
